What Should I Expect For My First Visit?

Please bring both your ID and your insurance card to the first visit as well.
We will ask you to fill out some new patient paperwork during the first visit to give Dr. Hammonds an insight into your symptoms and your medical history.
After a thorough examination and consultation with Dr. Hammonds, he will determine whether chiropractic care is a good fit for you. The exam and consult determines whether you can be treated during the visit, or if a referral for imaging may be needed to understand your symptoms better.

How Many Visits Will I Need?

Why Do I Need More Than One Visit?
Chiropractic works so much better when done consistently. Itβs like anything in life, when you do something consistently (think exercising or eating a healthy diet) you see far better results. Chiropractic adjustments build on themselves and our goal is to not only get you out of pain but KEEP you out of pain.
We start with relief care phase which is the bulk of care for most patients. Once the pain decreases or is eliminated and your mobility increases to a adequate level, we switch to maintenance care where we only see you 1-2x/month to maintain the results we accomplished from the relief phase.
