Chiropractic Care
First Visit - $89
Includes Exam + Treatment
Chiropractic Adjustment — $60
Our chiropractic visits focus on improving joint mobility, movement, and function while addressing the areas contributing to your pain or discomfort.
Your treatment may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, mobility recommendations, and corrective exercises based on your individual needs.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave Therapy — $80
Shockwave therapy uses acoustic pressure waves to stimulate the body's natural healing response and is commonly used for persistent tendon and soft-tissue conditions.
We frequently use shockwave therapy for conditions such as:
Plantar fasciitis
Patellar tendon pain
Achilles tendinopathy
Tennis and golfer's elbow
Shoulder and rotator cuff tendinopathy
Other chronic tendon and soft-tissue problems
Chiropractic + Shockwave Therapy $100
When both treatments are appropriate for your condition, chiropractic care and shockwave therapy can be combined into the same visit.

Dry Needling
Dry Needling Treatment — $50
Dry needling targets tight, irritated, or painful muscles and trigger points that may be contributing to pain and restricted movement.
Dry needling is commonly used for conditions involving the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and other areas of muscular pain or tightness.
Chiropractic + Dry Needling — $100
When both treatments are clinically appropriate, chiropractic care and dry needling can be performed during the same visit.
What About Insurance?
Foundations Health & Wellness is an out-of-network practice. We do accept United Healthcare and some Medicare.
This allows us to recommend care based on your individual condition and treatment goals rather than limiting your treatment plan based on insurance coverage or authorization requirements.
